MALDI-2 Mass Spectrometry Imaging Dataset of Mouse Bladders: Control and UPEC Infection under TGF-β1 Inhibition

Description

This dataset was generated from bladder tissue sections of: 

  • 5 control mice under TGF-β1 inhibition (labelled LSKL)
  • 5 mice with uropathogenic E.coli (UPEC)-infection under TGF-β1 inhibition (labelled ULSKL)

The tissue sections were analysed using matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionisation mass spectrometry imaging with laser-induced postionisation (MALDI-2 MSI) on a Bruker timsTOFfleX instrument.
