Universität Münster Description This dataset comprises two mass spectrometry imaging measurements from mouse bladder samples: one sample from a mouse infected with uropathogenic Escherichia coli (labelled UPEC) one sample from a mouse infected with UPEC under TGF-β1 inhibition (labelled ULSKL) The samples were analysed using transmission-mode matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionisation mass spectrometry imaging with laser-induced postionisation (t-MALDI-2 MSI).
